costco sweet kale vegetable salad (that i added bits of bacon to) made the perfect post-run, patio lunch.
9k the first day and 10k the following day – both were hill runs (and some of the steepest hills i’ve ever attempted to run up!), with a stunning view of the shuswap lake.
our runs were followed by trx training, fresh fruit smoothies, house music and country music blasting, beers on the boat, and a little bit of wakeboarding.
