i found the recipe on pinterest, modified it a bit, and it ended up being a pinterest success.
ingredients: avocado(s), tuna, greek yogurt, diced red peppers, diced cucumbers, diced red onions, diced oranges, lemon juice, and sea-salt.
cut the avocado(s) in half, scoop it out, mix it in a big bowl with all the other ingredients, and then put them back into the shells.
simple, easy, fast, healthy, and delicious. i think i know what i’ll be having for lunch next week.
