i’m feeling fairly sickly and stuffed up today, so i decided to make some homemade soup, with an asian twist to it.
ingredients: noodles, water, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, seaweed, and LOTS of crushed red pepper flakes.
bring water to a boil and put noodles in the pot. let it boil for a while and then add in the soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, oyster sauce, a little bit of fish sauce and sesame oil; sprinkle an abundance of crushed red pepper flakes on it. let it cook for a while until the noodles are done and then transfer everything into a bowl. put in the seaweed and sprinkle more red pepper flakes on it.
and that’s it! so easy to make (which is good because i don’t really feel like playing iron chef when i’m sick) and the perfect remedy.
and of couuuurse i decide to renew my license on a day i’m feeling sick and wearing no makeup. i don’t know why i always forget that they need to take a new picture… and now i’m stuck with it until 2018. good one gretchen.
