a (semi) healthy hungover breakfast


ingredients: potatoes, butter, onions, red and orange peppers, zucchini, sea-salt, black pepper, rosemary, smoked paprika, and tuscan garlic herb spice.

dice everything. heat up the pot and put the butter in. place the potatoes and onions into the pot first; let them cook for a bit. then place the zucchini in and stir it around. after a while, place the peppers in, along with all the spices. put a bit of water in there every now and then to steam it all. once the potatoes are soft and cooked, take it off the heat and serve.

probably one of the healthiest hungover breakfasts i have ever made.
