what a genius business idea! there are only four sandwiches on the menu: the porchetta and corned beef options stay the same, there’s a vegetarian option, and a daily special that is usually pretty good – the menu that’s updated daily can be found here. the bread is freshly baked each morning, and an assembly line makes the sandwiches in an efficient manner so that the huge lunch-rush line that snakes out the door is served quickly. once they’re out of ingredients for the day, that’s it.
