avocado pasta sauce and turkey leftovers

again, thanks to 20 pounds of turkey, i had to get creative with the leftovers.

i grabbed the recipe for the avocado sauce from pinterest (it’s made with avocados, garlic cloves, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper all blended together in a magic bullet). then i shredded the turkey, chopped up some zucchini, and fried them together in a pan… mixed everything together with the pasta and dinner was served – i had successfully managed to use up the last of that 20 pound turkey with a healthy dinner idea! the avocado sauce is great, because it comes out creamy, but is way healthier than any typical, heavy, cream-based pasta sauce.
