stuffed mushrooms


i’ve been on a roll lately with cooking at home. first the gyozas yukiko taught me how to make and tonight for dinner… stuffed mushrooms. they’re portobello mushrooms stuffed with crab-meat, veggies, cheese, and a bunch of spices (the combination of the spices changes every time my roommate jade and i decide to make them).

ingredients: portobello mushrooms, crab-meat, celery, red peppers, chives, cheese, eggs, breadcrumbs (optional), sea-salt, pepper, garlic powder, dill, rosemary, smoked paprika, oregano, etc.

we’ve seriously made so many different variations of the same dish just by changing up the spices and what we add in there, from pesto to chipotle hotsauce to sweet thai chili sauce.
